Outlook on your phone

For those who use the Outlook app on iPhone or Android instead of the phone's own mail app.

1. Open Outlook. If it's the first time, tap Add Account. Otherwise tap your picture at the top left › + (Add account) › Add email account.
2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
3. If the app asks what kind of account it is, choose IMAP.
4. Turn on Advanced settings.
5. Incoming (IMAP): host name mail.mailsky.eu, username = your full email address, your password.
6. Outgoing (SMTP): host name mail.mailsky.eu, username = your full email address, your password.
7. Tap the tick or Sign in at the top.

Good to know: the Outlook app fetches your mail through Microsoft's servers. It works, but a copy of your mail is then also kept at Microsoft. To avoid that, use your phone's own mail app: iPhone or Android.
